11 charged in Tallmadge illegal gambling raid

TALLMADGE, Ohio (WOIO) – Eleven people from Tallmadge were charged earlier this month in connection with an illegal gambling facility, according to Tallmadge Police.

The department conducted an investigation at the facility, Pallet Palace, on April 3.

The site, located at 290 West Avenue, Suite D, was located in the same plaza as an illegal massage parlor that was later arrested on April 23.

Police said the charges included:

• Four men accused of gambling
• Four women accused of gambling
• Two men, identified as Shawn Kremer and Russell Harrison, accused of operating a betting house.
• A woman, identified as Jeana Sell, accused of operating a gambling house
